Indian family looking for helper

Hello, we are an Indian family of 3 (2 working parents + 5 year old boy) looking for a stay-in auntie.

Key responsibilities will be taking care of the kid, getting him ready for school, help him eat, take him to school and bring back home, laundry (using washing machine), ironing, cleaning the house & kitchenware, cooking food etc.

We are looking for someone who thinks they are very caring,  love children, honest, of good hygiene.

We will offer above average salary, all standard benefits, but more importantly we will treat our auntie like a family member. Of course, its goes both ways, the person also has to make effort in order to be treated like family.
