Indian family looking for helper

Experienced English-speaking Helper (Filipino/Indonesian/Nepali) — Indian Cooking, Childcare & Home Management

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated helper from the Philippines, Indonesia, or Nepal to join our household. The ideal candidate should speak good English, be familiar with Indian cooking, and be capable of independently managing daily home tasks.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare daily Indian meals and follow simple recipes. Ability to cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes is preferred.

- Manage household chores: cleaning, laundry, ironing, tidying, basic maintenance, and seasonal deep-cleaning.

- Handle grocery shopping and running household errands; maintain inventory and suggest shopping lists.

- Micro home-management: organize supplies, keep areas clutter-free, label and store items, and follow daily/weekly routines.

- Care for and teach small children: engage in age-appropriate activities, supervise playtime, help with basic learning (alphabet, numbers, simple reading), and maintain safety.

- Manage schedules: coordinate appointments, remind family members of routines, and follow instructions independently.

- Communicate clearly in English about household needs, supplies, and any issues.

Qualifications:

- Native or fluent English speaker (able to understand and converse comfortably).

- Prior experience cooking Indian dishes is required; training can be provided for specific family recipes.

- Experience with childcare (references preferred).

- Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, dependable and punctual.

- Honest, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy.

- Work permit/eligibility to work locally (if applicable).

Working hours & compensation:

- Full-time position.

- Salary as per labour law
