We are a warm and orderly family of four (two adults and two children) looking for a dedicated and caring live-in nanny/household helper to join our family. Main Responsibilities
Childcare and Guidance: Responsible for caring for two children. Safely pick them up and drop them off at school. Patiently guide and teach them while strictly adhering to the parents’ family rules, values, and educational philosophy.
Meal Management: Prepare healthy and delicious daily meals and snacks for the family. It is essential to strictly monitor and ensure that the children completely avoid any food allergens.
Household Chores: Responsible for daily chores such as cleaning, organizing, and laundry to maintain a tidy and comfortable living environment.
Effective Communication: Maintain open, positive, and friendly communication with the employer and children to ensure the smooth running of family life.
Job Requirements
Experience: Prior experience as a household helper or nanny is preferred, ideally with rich childcare experience.
Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken English, able to communicate clearly and gently with children and conduct professional exchanges with the employer.
Attitude: Patient, honest, highly responsible, and detail-oriented (with a special focus on safety and food allergy issues).
Adaptability: Willing to follow instructions, respect the family’s childcare approach, and guide children from the employer's perspective.
Identity: Candidates currently in Hong Kong with an expiring contract will be prioritized.
