Kid with special need family looking for a helper

Hi helpers! We are a one 4yr old boy and 2 adults family The boy needs special care, he is global developmental delayed. Unable to speak at the moment. Can walk under adult’s supervision. He goes to special school. Sometimes his emotion is unstable, shouting out loud when he feels bored or unsatisfied. I’m looking for a very patient, loving kid helper who can work under such pressure. Besides taking care of the boy, helping us to do training for him(physical training and cognition), helper’s duties including household chores, groceries, cooking, washing car. We have high requirement for helper’s personal hygiene and hygiene sense (Such as washing hands with soap for 20 seconds after toilet, after processing raw meat, change clothes and wash hands once be back at home, using separate knives and chopboard for raw and cooked food). I hope helper truly understands and willing to follow the rules. I expect helper doesn’t use cell phone for self entertainment at working hours.
