Kids safety manager and driver

Hi 
I am looking for help.
We have one helper who does the cleaning and cooking. 
I am looking for someone who can help with child protection and driving. We have an aggressive in-law to be escorted out of the flat and keep out of the flat. She has her own flat 5 min away.  Your main duty will be to assist with this, manage play dates, and keep the kids safe and entertained I work from home most days, so we will be 3 people to manage two kids and keep the in-law away.
