Kind Chinese families looking for helper

We are a very happy and simple Chinese family. Parents and a boy at age of 8 who is studying at primary school. The apartment is next to school. We hope to find a helper who has at least 4 years finished contract in HK with the following characteristics : loves kids, patient to kids, can finish all kinds of duties independently by herself, have good communication skills with family members, good at cooking and good at English. We offer a separate big room to helper together with an independent washroom. We respect helper and will treat her nicely. The existing helper will finish her 2nd contract in mid of September. We hope to find a new helper that can start working in early September  to mid of September.
