About Our Family

We are a warm, international family of three—two dads (working for Cathay Pacific and the English Schools Foundation) and our caring 9-year-old son—living in Pak Shek Kok / Science Park. We run a bilingual English and Japanese-speaking household. We value mutual respect, clear communication, and a positive home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Childcare: Attentive, caring supervision for our 9-year-old son (school/lunch prep, school drop-off/pick-up, routine management, snack preparation).

• Cooking: Preparing meals 2 to 5 times a week for the family (openness to all cuisines; family does not eat beef but does eat pork).

• Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized home, daily laundry, ironing, and routine deep cleaning.

Candidate Requirements

• Timing: Finished contract or terminated due to relocation/financial reasons, available to start mid-to-late October or early November.

• Personal Traits: Self-starter, honest, responsible, proactive, kind-hearted, and comfortable working in a home where parents may have shift/travel schedules.

• Skills & Qualifications: Strong cooking ability, excellent organizational skills, and fluent spoken English

• Other Requirements: Non-smoker, high standards of personal hygiene, and respect for family privacy.

• References: Verified reference letters or direct contact details from previous employers are preferred

Position Details & Compensation

• Location: Pak Shek Kok / Science Park (Live-in, private room provided).

• Day Off: Sunday.

• Salary: Minimum HK$5,500/month base salary + HK$1,236 food allowance, negotiable upwards based on relevant experience, cooking skills, and reference checks.
