Korean family looking for a helper

 We are a family of 3 at the moment with 1 five year old son. We are expecting a baby girl in Dec 2025. We are both working parents and are looking for a reliable helper who can take care of my baby while we are gone for work (main job will be newborn care) as well as do housechores (cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, etc). No pet. We are very reasonable, and we are looking for a person who is good at English communication. We give bonus on performance basis. Room will be shared with another helper in a helper's quadrant room with another helper.
