Korean family with 1 toddler looking for full-time helper

We are a Korean family of 3 members with a 2 year old (31 months) girl looking for an experienced full-time helper. 

We would like someone warm-hearted who loves children, who has good experience with toddlers, is kind, patient and family-orientated. 

It is very essential that you are naturally a super-organized and super neat and tidy person who will naturally adopt that to looking after our baby and the house. 

We are a well-organized, tidy and very hygienic family and we expect our helper to have the same natural mind of hygiene and tidiness. 

Priority is looking after & playing our child and housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, ironing). Cooking skills would be an advantage. 

We would like someone who has children of their own.
