Latin/Austrian family looking for long term helpers

We are a South American/ Austrian/ German family, relocating to HK from Singapore after 11 years there. We have 4 kids! 2 boys- aged 9/7 and 2 girls aged 6/3! We are looking for 1 helper, ideally 2 to join our busy household starting end of sept/beginning of October. Since my husband travels a lot, I'm looking for proactive team players who can cook, manage a busy home and love kids. Kids are all in school until 2pm, then they have their afternoon activities. Mostly together at the same place to keep things easier. We would travel to Europe with 1 helper over the summer and interchange the next holiday. We are looking for long term candidates.
