Full-time helper with toddler care experience

We are an Indian couple living in Hong Kong for the past 12 years. We are looking for a second helper to take care of our 2 year old daughter. Both of us work full time and currently have a live-in helper who has been with us for 2.5 years and helps take care of our 5 year old boy. Expected start date is mid February. Location is Kennedy Road, Mid Levels. 

Requirements 

• Finished contract or termination for relocation reasons only
• Must have previous experience taking care of toddlers
• You will primarily be responsible for caring for our 2 year old daughter, keeping house clean, and sharing laundry/ironing responsibilities with our current helper
• Must be clean and tidy
• Must be proactive and self motivated since we work full time and will not be around to provide constant guidance
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English
• Must be able to provide reference from previous employer

We will offer a salary above market average and yearly bonus based on performance, a respectful environment, and rest days and holidays as per HK laws. We are open to live-in (share room with co-worker) or live-out. We are also open to food allowance and sharing food arrangements. You will have alternate Saturdays and Sundays off so as to be fair to both you and your co-worker.
