We are a loving family based in the beautiful Bahamas seeking a warm, honest, compassionate, and experienced live-in nanny to help care for and nurture our two wonderful sons, ages 11 and 7.

We are looking for someone truly special — a person with a genuine love for children, a calm and patient personality, strong family values, and a natural ability to create a happy, safe, and nurturing home environment.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and dependable.

• Kind-hearted, affectionate, patient, and emotionally mature.

• Experienced in caring for school-aged children.

• Experience supporting children with autism or additional developmental needs is highly desirable.

• Able to assist with daily routines, educational activities, personal care, and developmental support.

• Organized, proactive, energetic, and able to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills and verifiable references from previous employers.

Position Details:
