🌴 About the Role

We are hiring a kind, responsible, and motivated steward/helper to join a private yacht that sails between the United States and Caribbean islands. No prior boat or yacht experience is required — we provide full training.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, cooking, and taking care of living spaces while working in a respectful and professional environment.

🧼 Main Responsibilities

• Cleaning and organizing cabin interiors

• Helping in the kitchen (must enjoy cooking, but not a chef-level role)

• Laundry and light housekeeping

• Assisting with basic tasks on deck (we will train you)

• Supporting guest comfort and onboard hygiene standards

🧭 You Should Be:

• Experienced in hospitality, housekeeping, or private home service

• Friendly and professional, with a good level of English

• Willing to live aboard a boat and travel between the U.S. and Caribbean

• Comfortable working in a respectful, close-knit team

• Eligible for or holding a visa (H1B or similar preferred)
