Long Term, New Family with 1Yr Old, Mid-Levels

ABOUT US: We are in our late 30's, just started our family with a 1.5 year old daughter. We are looking for a long-term helper to join us. Our existing helper of 4 years is returning to the Philippines to care for her family after the passing of her in-law. Looking for a helper with existing experience (4 years or more) and a kind and kid-friendly heart.ACCOMODATIONS & FOOD:We have a good sized helper room, private bathroom, located in the Mid-Levels. In addition to a competitive salary we're also happy to provide basic, yet nutritious food. We intend to have a second helper join our family when our family expands, so a willingness to share accomodation with another helper is a plus.

CHILDCARE: We have an 18-month old daughter who will be attending AM Pre-Nursery in September. She currently sleeps in her own room independently. We have a nanny that visits 3 times a week to play and provide language enrichment. We plan to have another kid in the next 2 years, with another full-time helper to help share the load.

MUST-HAVES: Solid recommendations and referral from previous employer is a *must*. Honest, positive attitude and openness to learn. Looking for childcare experience and a good cook. Also needs to be able to speak and read English.

NICE-TO-HAVES: Self-starter and quick learner is a plus. We are supportive, and would love and encourage you to continue to learn and pick up new skills that would help our family. Primary tasks include childcare, cooking, and housekeeping. We are organized people, so we'll provide weekly to-do's and priority tasks lists to take the guesswork out of what is expected.
