Looking a helper for grandpa

We are a family of 4 adults and 1 child. I'm looking for a helper to take care of grandpa (a quiet disabled elderly man). Your daily work includes taking care of grandpa (changing diapers/pads, washing face, brushing teeth, wiping body, measuring the elderly’s blood sugar, blood pressure, simple joint exercises, wheelchair strolls for sunlight) and doing the housework.

PS: In special cases, if other family members are unavailable to pick up or drop off the child, assistance may be required, but since taking care of the child is not included in your job requirements, we will give you 20HK$/H as an extra allowance.

Our house is small and has no other room for the helper; you need to share a room with grandma, she is a very nice old lady. But if an independent private room is a must for you, grandma is willing to sleep in the living room and let you have the whole bedroom.
