Looking for 2nd helper to take care 2 month old baby

Hi, we are a family of four, a couple and two kids. We are reasonable employer and treat our helper as part of our family. We are now hiring a 2nd helper to help us taking care of our younger kid, he is now 2 month old. We expect the candidate has experience in taking care of new born babies and loves kids. She will also need to know some basic cooking and able to share household chores with our current helper. Day off for the role is either Saturday or weekdays.
