Looking for a caring gentle helper to be part of our family

We are a family of 3 adults (myself, my husband and one healthy elderly) and a 2 year old son. The elderly family member is independent and does not require personal care. We are looking for a helper to support us with childcare during day time (no need to sleep with the child at night) , daily household tasks and meal preparation. Our helper will have her own bedroom and private toilet.
