Looking for a domestic helper

Hi we're looking for a domestic helper for a family in Japan. 

We're a family with a new born baby and a 4 yrs girl who's going to the kindergarten. And two adults,me and my husband,and sometimes my Dad will visit us two time a year. 

We prefer an candidate who is delicate taking care of a new born baby which requires at least two years experience of taking care baby from new born till teen. 

And an candidate who's honest,this is what we value most. Even you did something wrong,as long as you tell the truth,we will show our understanding. Please do not ever lie to the employers. 

And an candidate who's taking very serious and big responsibility of her job. We don't appreciate that you quit your job without a notice,or under your contract. We're very much open for taking,if you really have a reason to leave during your contract, please let us know at least one month in advance. 

And please don't make troubles in Japan, like trying to find a Japanese BF etc....
