Looking for a good hearted helper

I am looking for a helper who mainly cleans my house, and sometimes take care of my daughter. 

main job:

• clean the house/do the house chores
• take care of my 1 year of daughter ( a couple of hours a day)
• cooking for adults (a couple of times a week, not everyday)
• cooking baby meal (a couple of times a week, not everyday)
• grocery shopping (a couple of times a week, not everyday)

do not have to cook the meal everyday, mainly on Saturdays only. 
I have a separate room at the house, so you can use. The salary + meal allowance (6000 hkd) is what we are planning to pay. But will raise the salary in next year if I recognize the hard work.
