Looking for a helper for baby care

This is a family of two adults and a 19-month-old baby. Grandma also helps with childcare occasionally. We live in Lohas Park and are looking for a helper who is fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus) to assist with housework, including cooking and cleaning. A separate room is provided. We are an easygoing and friendly family. We are looking for a candidate, who is responsible, trust clean, good at cooking. Ideally, the helper can also help educate our baby in English. An early start date is preferred.
