Looking for a helper to take care of my mother (1 adult)

The helper will stay with my mother's place with a separate room. My mother can walk and eat by herself. The main duties are to do the daily housework,  go for marketing and cooking (need to cook pork). In addition, the helper will need to take my mother to go to the clinic /hospital to see a doctor.
