Looking for a helper who likes children

We are an English speaking Chinese family of 2 adults and a 3yo girl. We’re looking for a helper who can help us with some childcare, quite good at cooking, be willing to learn new dishes, and the usual household duties. 

We’re planning to expand our family and have a second child within the next 2 years. We have no pets and no car. There are stairs in our home. 

We will treat our helper with respect, and open communication is very important to us. 
 

Please let us know your salary requirements. Our new helper will also be compensated with salary increase if a baby is born during our contract.
