Looking for a helper

My family includes 5 members, a married couple with 3 kids. 16Y, 13Y, 6Y. We don't have pets. We have 2 cars. The house is about 3000qtf. There are separate toilet and bedroom for 2 helpers to share. Now I need a helper who is responsible for taking care of my 6Y old son. He is a Year 1 student. I need the helper to accompany him with his reading, studying, playing , showering, sleeping. Then he was in school, the helper need to share job with another helper.
