Looking for a helper who is caring and kind

We are a simple person and happy family. The 1 and 4 year-old childs was already at school . I like baking, photography and Outdoor activities camping hiking...etc . We provide comfortable independent rooms, adequate respect, and reasonable workload. I hope to find a helper who is honest, reliable, cheerful, proactive, caring ,kind and willing to learn. especially like outdoor activities because we often go out. The main work are take care of kids when I busy ,cleaning, organizing and marketing. Sometimes need to go out together, send kids to school or do outdoor activities .
