Looking for a friendly, reliable assistant who can start working as soon as possible

We live in the East District, with an apartment area of over 2500 square feet; family members include 2 adults and 3 children (ages 4 & 7 & 11); no pets; currently have a Filipino maid. We hope to find a kind, patient, reliable, and competent worker, with primary responsibilities to take care of the children, cook, clean, and manage household chores. Car washing and gardening would be a plus. Days off are Saturday or Sunday. We hope to start working as soon as possible this month, and it would be best if you could come help me after the contract ends, postponing leave to July or October.
