Looking for a long term helper

We are a young lebanese British family with two energetic boys (ages 1 and 4) looking for a long-term helper to become an important part of our home.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Physically active and energetic.
• Warm, kind and engaging with young children.
• Proactive and able to think ahead.
• Organised, reliable and honest.
• Happy working in a fast-paced household.
• Confident managing household tasks independently.
• Able to cook, clean, iron and keep a home to a high standard.
• Comfortable keeping up with two active young children, both at home and on outings.

Our ideal helper doesn’t just complete tasks—we’re looking for someone who notices what needs doing, takes initiative and helps reduce our mental load by keeping the household running smoothly.

We are kind, respectful employers who value open communication, teamwork and trust. In return, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is hoping to build a long-term relationship with one family.

Preferred:

• Experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children.
• Active lifestyle and physically capable of keeping up with a busy family.
• Ideally aged 25–42 (preference only).
