II. Professional Experience & Skill Requirements
1. Essential Experience:
· Experience in caring for newborns/infants from an early age, familiar with the growth patterns of children aged 0–3.
· Has at least one experience of caring for a baby from birth to one year or older; experience up to two years or more is preferred.
· Skilled in handling various situations during infancy.
2. Professional Care Skills:
· Daily Care: Proficient in breastfeeding/formula feeding, burping, bathing, massage, passive exercise, diaper changing, soothing to sleep, etc.
· Complementary Food Preparation: Within the next 1–2 months, the baby will start complementary feeding. The babysitter should have knowledge and experience in preparing nutritious, healthy, and safe complementary foods for babies aged 6 months and older (e.g., vegetable purees, fruit purees, meat purees).
· Routine Management: Capable of helping the baby establish a regular eat-play-sleep cycle.
· Early Stimulation: Able to provide appropriate early education through nursery rhymes, storytelling, tummy time, interactive games, etc.
3. Safety & Health Knowledge:
· Basic knowledge of infant safety and first aid (e.g., initial response to choking, fever, accidental falls).
· Familiarity with observing and managing common infant illnesses (e.g., eczema, gas, constipation, roseola).
· Strong safety awareness, always ensuring the baby is in a secure environment and eliminating potential risks.
