Looking for a polite, professional & hard working helper

We are an expat family in Discovery Bay. 

Important: We are looking for a replacement full time helper who is smart, hard working, polite, kind and professional. Start date must be before November.  

Our daughter is 2 years old and we are expecting a baby in November therefore experience in taking care of a newborn is essential. 

We are decent and kind people but our house is over 3000sf, and our expectations are high.  We are both busy people and don't have time for anyone who is not willing to work hard and do the things we ask. If you are not able to multitask this job isn't suitable for you. Your job is to make our lives easier and notice things that need to be done without us telling you. We will pay top-level starting salary and will increase over time for great performance but we expect top-level work and attitude.

We already have major cleaning help 3 times per week but you will still be required to do daily cleaning tasks and pickup any work that is needed without having to be asked.

Main duties

• Daily house keeping jobs such as cooking, cleaning and shopping 
• Take our daughter to activity and arranges playdates
• Potentially need to help with night feeding of newborn (of course we will give you nap time and break during the daytime). It may not be every night but whoever take this job must be willing to help with newborn overnight.

Requirement 

• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
• A good reference from your current, or previous, employer (at least 1 family) 
• Minimum 5 years of experience plus experience with at least one newborn. 
• Must be able to pay attention to detail
• Must be able to remember when asked to do things without being reminded repeatedly
• Must be able to accept feedback on how we like things to be done. This is never personal but we want things done the way we like them and don't want our helper being annoyed if we ask things to be done differently from what they are used to. 
• Discreet personality

• Loves babies and young toddlers
