Looking for a second helper to take care of new born :)

Hi everyone !

My name is Nicole. my husband and I currently have a four year-old son and are expecting a newborn due in the coming December or January.

We currently have one excellent helper already , but would like an extra pair of hands given out growing family size. I think it's too much work for one helper to take care of two young children.

We are a happy, simple family and we treat our helper with respect and like a family member. You will have birthday leave, one month vacation every 1-2 years, festival presents, discretionary bonus etc. Our existing helper has been with us for 5 years.

We expect our second helper to mainly take care of the new born. During the first few months, we may require your help at night to take care of baby. At night you will share room with newborn but you can rest in the morning or afternoon where we will take care of newborn in the living room.

It is essential that you are able to work with our existing helper. Our existing helper expressed that she prefers working with a co helper from Cebu.
