Looking for a helper (we have no children)

We are a family of four with two young working adults (me, who is the daughter, and my brother) and two parents. The helper’s main tasks will be to do groceries (marketing), cooking and house keeping. My parents are under the the age of 65 and does not require elderly care. We wanted a helper to help us manage the chores so my parents can go out more and enjoy their early retirement. The helper will have her own private room with her own toilet. We are a christian household so we also prefer the helper being Christian or Catholic (but we accept Muslims and Buddhist too if you are willing to cook meat including pork).
