Looking for auntie to join our family of 3

We're a mixed long-term expat (Western & Asian) family of 3 looking for a live-in helper.  Flexible start date for the right auntie. 

You should have at least 4 years of experience with the same employer as we are looking for someone we can form a bond with and who will be with us for multiple contracts.  Reference is a must. 

Main duties include:  housework (cleaning / organizing, laundry / ironing, cooking) and taking care of an active & curious 3 year old.

Candidates must have recent childcare experience (preferably with young kids) and understanding of / great patience for children.  Cooking skill is a major plus.

We are looking for someone who:

• is able to work independently after training / adjustment period
• is organized, calm & thoughtful in how she carries out her work
• has strong communication skills
• is open to feedback, proactive in improving / learning new skills as needed

We value experience, but initiative, willingness to learn, and good common sense is very important.
