Looking for caring helper

We are Mainland Chinese family looking for a loving kid. Our family has 2 Adults and a 3-year old daughter. Sometimes a healthy elderly comes to help with kid. We want to look for a domestc helper who can meet the following requirements, 1) Take care of our daughter, e.g. cook food, send her to school, play with her, tutoring, help her to sleep, etc. 2) Fluent English, so can communicate with us and our daughter clearly, and read stories to our daughter before she sleep, 3) Housekeeping. Can cook Chinese/Asian food.
