Looking for domestic helper

We are family of 6, 1 Infant (5 mths), couples, grand parents and a helper who worked for us 6 years. Our home atmosphere is harmony. We live in Taikoo Shing, around 1800ft home size. We are looking for a helper who is kind, cheerful, honest and polite. We expected the helper works proactively, willing to listen and follow our rules. Phone is not allowed during work. Main duty for the helper is taking care of baby and household chores. The helper has to cooperate with the existing helper for the household chores. We offered HKD 5,300, no food allowance. Holiday on Sunday.
