Looking for domestic helper

Hi, we are a family of 5. 2 adults, 2 kids and my mother. I am looking for a second helper to help with housework and other duties as my second child is a baby who is just one and a half. Must be willing to work in a team and pick up on any other duties. Should be flexible and honest and hardworking. Be efficient and able to manage time well.
