Looking for experienced helper to take care of our baby

Hi there! My husband and I we are looking for a helper to look after our 1-year old baby and manage the household as we both work during the day. We are living in a 2-bedroom apartment on mid-levels so will need a stay out helper for now, however we are moving to a 3-bedroom apartment next April and you will have your own separate room. Normal working hours from 7 to 7 but occasionally we will come home late and you will be compensated for the extra hours. Also, once we move to a bigger apartment you won’t need to wake up as early to travel. We are straightforward people so we appreciate direct and open communication. We offer competitive salary and will review after 6 months based on performance.
