Indian american family Looking for experienced helper

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. My girls are 3.5 years old and 9 months old. Duties include cooking and cleaning and occassional childcare. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and can be independent. Someone who is very clean and able to organize and tidy up without supervision. Someone who can follow recipes. Willingness to learn.
