Looking for full-time domestic helper

We are an American-Chinese mixed family of two and have our first baby on the way. Besides that we also have two pets (a dog and a cat.. they are all very friendly). We want to hire someone with rich experience taking care of the newborns and can be trusted when we are off to work to take responsibility of the baby. Besides that, we need the helper to do basic house chores, cook meals and walk the dog.
