Looking for good cooker and kids lover

My family has 5 members which are two primary kids and working couple, one elder will stay at home but not much special care needs. We would love to have caring helper who could cook well and love to stay along with kids. My kids love to get along with the helpers and hope to have the story time before the bed, they love to share all they experience in the school with the helper. Putting high priority to the kids's daily need is the most important in this job, at the same time we will share our cooking skill to helper as well. We hope to have helper with warm and helpful attitude as our kid would love to have a new best friend staying with them. Our helper would be the key person to manage home and make it neat and nice, we hope to have good communication and share the thought!
