Looking for helper and baby care assistance

Job Title: Family Helper / Baby Care Assistance (Live-in)

Location: Hong Kong 

Start Date: February 1st, 2025 (flexible within two weeks)

We are looking for a kind-hearted and compassionate family helper to join our household and provide support in caring for our infant and maintaining a clean, organized home. The ideal candidate will have experience in baby care, a strong love for children, and the ability to contribute to a warm and nurturing environment for our family.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care for our infant, including feeding, diaper changes, playtime, and assisting with sleep routines.
• Assist with light household chores, including cleaning, tidying, and organizing to maintain a neat and comfortable home environment.
• Prepare simple and healthy Chinese/Cantonese meals for the family.
• Help with laundry and other household tasks as needed.
• Communicate openly and effectively with the family to ensure the well-being of everyone in the household.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred with experience in infant care and child development.
• Must have a kind, patient, and emotionally stable personality.
• Excellent cleanliness habits and a keen attention to detail in maintaining a tidy home.
• Must be able to cook traditional Chinese/Cantonese food and enjoy meal preparation.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
• Must be honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
• First aid training or certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus.

Living Arrangement:

• This is a live-in position. The candidate will reside with our family and preferably share a room with the infant.

• This role offers a supportive and family-oriented environment.
• We are looking for someone who is committed to staying with us long-term and can start in February 2025 (with two weeks of flexibility for the start date).
