Looking for a helper in Hong Kong

Hi, we are looking for an experienced helper to join us. We are a family with a working couple and a small dog (Pomeranian). The main duties include cooking, pet care and housekeeping. We live near the Olympcis MTR station.

The key selection criteria include:

(1) Cooking experience and skills, especially Chinese food. Preferred (not must have) to have experience in cooking Hunan / Sichuan style spicy Chinese food.

(2) Pet care experience and skills. The key duties include feeding the dog (including preparing some fresh dog food), walking the dog (1-2 times per day) and cleaning the dog.

(3) Being diligent, detail-oriented, caring and easy-going.

(4) (Preferred) provision of reference letter and/or arrange reference calls with your current / previous employer.

We currently live in a two bedroom house (on rent) hence housekeeping work is relatively easy but the house does not have a separate helper room. The best we can offer is to share the kitchen as the helper's living space by putting a foldable bed in there. We will ensure proper arrangement such that the kitchen will be a fully private and separate living room for you after working hours and make sure you can have a good rest after work. We will also reserve sufficient storage room for you to store your belongings.

We are willing to provide a competitive compensation package comprising base salary and quarter-end bonus (performance-based), such that you will benefit from financial upside if you perform well.
