Partner with co-worker, need to be flexible and back up each other, may need to work on alternate weekly day off, compensation pay will be given as a result.
Mainly take care of elderly, eg change diaper, feeding, do passive exercise, body cleaning etc, as such hygiene is very important, need to be patient, kind hearted etc
