Looking for 2nd helper to take care young kids and baby

I am a father of two kids, one is 7 years girl and another is 4 years boy. We are also expecting a new born baby early of next year. Me and my wife are looking for a secondary helper from overseas who can help us to take care the kids and baby. The helper may have a small but separated room, with a toilet, or share a bed room with one child. She will have one day holiday every week. She will share the food with us at most of the time. The salary is fixed to government‘s guide price at first year, and bonus will be provided based on performance. We are expecting the candidate could:1. Good at looking after kids, especially having experience of baby care. Can play with kids, enjoy to stay with kids, and get kids’ respect.2. Good English oral/writing communication.3. Be good at of teamwork, knows how to corporate with other helper. 4. Knowledge of house keeping, cooking and shopping, has common sense of domestic machine especially kitchen machine usage. 5. Could understand the job range and responsible for every details. Be able to handle work proactively. 6. Bachelor degree or higher, like to accept new things , be smart enough to learn.
