Looking for helper to take care of our 6month baby

Hello, we are currently looking for a helper to take care of our family of 3 (me, my husband and 6month old baby boy). Main job duty is to take care of baby, do housework and keep our home clean, and cooking. Our helper will be responsible of taking care of our baby boy when sir and I are at work, so we are looking for a helper that is reliable, careful, trustworthy, independent , cheerful and caring who will treat our baby well.
