Looking for new born take care and helper

We are looking for the helper to take care the baby(now turn to 6months), i alos looking for someone can teach baby more(PLUS) as well, not only take care baby things(MUST) due to baby is going turn 1 year old. Most responsible for taking care of the baby, as she'll soon be learning to walk, which requires careful attention and patience. We also need to handle some simple housekeeping. and we have a dog.
