Looking for responsible, adaptive and good-natured helper

• The family has high standards, but when a mutual trust and good working relationship is built, the employee always treats and cares for helpers as part of the family. Previous helpers tend to stay with the family long (6-10 years) and left on good terms.

• Candidate must have personality with the following traits : trustworthy, responsible, with integrity, won’t gossip, doesn’t smoke/drink/gamble, good work attitude, and delivers good quality at work. Candidate’s character is most important. Dishonesty, lousy and bad attitude will not be tolerated.

• Depending on performance, salary bonuses may be expected.
   

candidates must also fit for the following : 

• Fulfil major duties : house chores, pet care, cooking, marketing. Occasional car washing.
• Elderly care is not needed, but patience dealing with elderly man is highly recommended
• Must treat pets nicely
• Willingness to improve at work - you don’t have to be excellent at everything at the beginning but must show that you are willing to keep up with the standard the family requires - this family is reasonable, but also has high standard on housekeeping and cooking skills
