Looking for a responsible helper

My husband and I work full-time and have an 11 month-old baby.
We are looking for someone who's obedient, enjoys working with children, caring, must have childcare experience and at least one child of your own.
Skilled in cooking Chinese meals. Must have baby care experience and a minimum of 4 years of continuous employment with a single employer. Proactive, efficient, loyal, able to handle multiple tasks, and proficient in preparing Chinese cuisine.
