Looking for second helper for childcare & housework in mid l

We are a family of 4 with two toddlers both at school. We are looking for a second helper to co-work with our current helper. We would like to find someone who is easygoing with a positive attitude, has experience with caring for toddlers and good with cleaning. Ability to cook is preferred.

 

The ideal candidate will mainly be responsible for childcare as well as sharing the workload of cleaning the house with the co-worker. My first helper is mainly responsible for marketing, cooking and some cleaning.
