Looking for second helper for childcare & housework

We are a family of 4 with two kids both at school (one is full day school). We are looking for a second helper to co-work with our current helper. We would like to find someone who is easygoing with a positive attitude, has experience with caring for toddlers and good with cleaning. Ability to cook is preferred.

The ideal candidate will mainly be responsible for childcare such as feeding during meal times, bath time and playing with the kids as well as sharing the workload of cleaning the house with the co-worker. My first helper is mainly responsible for marketing, cooking and cleaning.
