Looking for two helpers to care for twin infants, 4 year old

Hi, 

We are a family of 5 (two infant girls, and a four year old girl), with a cat. Both of us work and therefore need two helpers to care for the kids and home. We like to cook and therefore want someone who is comfortable helping, but also sharing the kitchen space. The most important qualities we are looking for are the a desire to work with children, an ability to take feedback, and flexibility.
