About Us

We are a friendly British family relocating to Happy Valley, Hong Kong from Los Angeles, California.

Our family consists of two parents and two young children aged 3 years (boy) and 1 year (girl). We are looking for a caring, trustworthy and proactive full-time helper to become a valued part of our household.

We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children while also helping to keep our home organised, clean and running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

• Assisting with the care of our 3-year-old and 1-year-old children
• Household cleaning and organisation
• Laundry and ironing
• Grocery shopping and household errands
• Preparing healthy family meals, including Western cuisine
• Maintaining a safe, happy and well-organised home environment

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience caring for babies and young children
• Excellent references from previous employers
• Good English communication skills
• Positive, kind and trustworthy personality
• Willingness to provide occasional evening support, allowing parents to enjoy some time together each month, with confidence that the children are in caring and capable hands
• Proactive and organised approach to household management
• Experience working with international or Western families preferred
• First aid experience is a plus

Employment Details

• Full-time live-in position
• Based in Happy Valley, Hong Kong
• Preferred start date: Mid October (flexibility of up to a month after for the right candidate)
