About Us:

We are a friendly and respectful family of four, consisting of two working adults, a vibrant two-year-old girl, and a baby girl. Our home is located in the beautiful Mid-levels area. We cherish clear communication, mutual respect, and kindness in our daily interactions. We are fortunate to have Grandma visit us during the weekdays to lend a helping hand with food preparation for the children. Currently, we have one dedicated Filipino helper and are searching for another team player to join our family.

Main Responsibilities:

This role primarily involves assisting Grandma with her daily routines while working collaboratively with our current helper.

1. Childcare:

• Supervise and engage our older child in age-appropriate activities and play.
• Assist with school preparations, including drop-off and pick-up for the older child.
• Prepare healthy snacks for the children.
• Provide loving and attentive care for our baby, including feeding, bathing, changing, and managing naptime routines.
• Keep the children’s areas tidy and organized.

2. Food Preparation & Household Cleaning:

• Conduct grocery shopping and prepare nutritious meals for the family.
• Manage kitchen supplies and ensure the pantry is well-stocked.
• Share in daily housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, cleaning, tidying, laundry, and ironing.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Previous experience caring for babies and young children is essential. Familiarity with working in a multi-helper household is a plus.
• Attitude: We seek someone who is patient, respectful, a good listener, and a true team player. You should feel comfortable following instructions from senior family members.
• Character: Trustworthiness, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt to our family's values are highly valued.
